Eine Hommage an unsere bewährten Skischuh-Innenschuhe aus Vollleder, entwickelt für Skifahrer, die im Einsatz sind: besonders strapazierfähig, komfortabel und zuverlässig für 120 Tage im Schnee, Saison für Saison. Unsere Skigemeinschaft verlässt sich auf unsere Pistenretter, Lawinenexperten und Bergbahnmitarbeiter – dieser Innenschuh macht jeden Tag auf der Piste noch angenehmer. Als Dankeschön an alle, die vom Liftbetrieb bis zum Schluss im Einsatz sind, haben wir die unübertroffene Performance und den Komfort der ZipFit-Innenschuhe nochmals verbessert.

Was ist Mondo-Größe? Mondo-Größen entsprechen der Fußlänge in cm.

WIE SIE IHRE MONDO-GRÖSSE FINDEN
Stellen Sie sich auf ein Blatt Papier, wobei Ihre Ferse an einer Wand liegt und Ihr gesamtes Gewicht auf den Fuß drückt, den Sie messen. Ziehen Sie dann eine Linie an Ihrem großen Zeh oder am längsten Punkt Ihres Fußes (wir sehen Sie, Morton-Zeh). Messen Sie die Länge vom Papier bis zur Linie in Zentimetern, und das ist Ihre Mondo-Größe. Messen Sie beide Füße und wählen Sie die Größe des kleineren Fußes.

Das Innenfutter besteht aus formgebendem Leder höchster Qualität, das aus derselben Gerberei stammt, die auch Ferrari beliefert. Skifahrer, die Wert auf Langlebigkeit und eine passgenaue Form legen, die sich perfekt an Fuß und Unterschenkel anpasst, werden mit den Workhorse Skischuh-Innenschuhen bestens bedient. Das Lederfutter ist robust genug für den täglichen Gebrauch und hält Fuß und Bein beim Skifahren, Schlittschuhlaufen oder Wandern sicher in der richtigen Position.

Pistenretter schwören seit Langem auf ZipFit. Der Workhorse verkörpert die Philosophie handgefertigter Lederarbeitsstiefel und hochwertiger Lederhandschuhe – bei entsprechender Pflege machen sie die Arbeit angenehmer und ersparen Ihnen zu Saisonbeginn ein Ausrüstungsteil, das Sie ersetzen müssen.

The Workhorse is the one ZipFit with a full grain leather exterior that will break in like an old baseball mitt.

Designed to accommodate larger, lower set calves, the fluted cuff reduces calf pain and is a more forgiving fit. Ski bell to bell with less fatigue and calf soreness.

One of Sven's earliest contributions to ski boots, the power strap has been widely imitated through the ski industry. The ZipFit power strap helps secure the liner and tongue contact to the shin and can help take up volume for skiers with skinnier legs. Use the power strap for added contact and stiffness, or remove if desired.

Designed to keep your heel and mid foot in place, the lacing system positions your foot properly within the liner.

1mm ultra thin laces with speed lock lace mechanism.

The Workhorse has a neoprene shivola to assist with step-in, while the neoprene tongue offers more comfort through the front of the liner.

The rest of the interior lining use 1mm premium leather from the same tannery that Ferrari uses, offering a precision fit and unparalleled heel hold.

Three cork pouches in each liner (located behind the top of the tongue and on either side of the instep) allow you to adjust the cork fill to dial in your perfect fit.

OMFit cork composite is the "active ingredient" in ZipFits, both because it remains dynamic and because it is the ingredient that heals the ailment of bad ski boot liners. It doesn't compress or pack out, it does move around so you can add more if needed.

The neoprene toe box offers a sock-like fit that conforms to the width of the skier's feet. The toe-box is lined with Thinsulate and merino wool to keep toes toast warm.

The asymmetrical tongue design includes a cutout of the plastic tongue shield over the instep to accommodate sensitivity common in this area. Neoprene and the cork pouch are the two materials over the foot, so more cork can be added to take up space if needed.

The ZipFit tongue is built to reflect the asymmetry in the shape of the lower leg, with more padding on the medial side along the tibia and less padding on the lateral muscle of the shin. The pull tab should be centered on the leg for the tongue to be in the proper position.

Can I use ZipFits for Tele boots?

Yes! Tele skiers appreciate the benefits of ZipFits as much as anyone, especially the flexible and comfortable toe box. The GFT is a good option due to the flex panels for lower volume tele boots. We also commonly recommend the Freeride and Workhorse due to their fluted cuff which allows for a larger range of motion for dopping knees.
Do ZipFits work in Snowboard boots?

ZipFits are designed for the forces and fit requirements of skiing. We see plenty of snowboarders find success, but one should expect to make modifications to achieve their desired fit.
What’s better: leather or neoprene?

At all comes down to user preference.

Are you willing to lace up your liners and step into your shells before every use? Our leather lined ZipFits require this move, while our neoprene lined ZipFits are easier to step into. If your answer is “no way” – we suggest the neoprene ZipFits.

Leather offers a true to form fit meaning your ankles and shinbone will imprint into the leather, securing your lower leg and foot to the ultimate degree.

Neoprene has more natural cushioning, so while you can still get an excellent fit, they have a more forgiving feel when skiing.

Both interior liners can last a LONG TIME with proper care. While we think of leather as more durable, we know of a pair of neoprene liners with 1500 ski days.

For precision fit and performance, the leather has a slight advantage.

For ease of use and all mountain comfort, the neoprene has a slight edge.
I noticed some imperfections on my liners. Is this normal?

Each pair of ZipFits are handmade in Montebelluna, Italy. As they are not mass produced, it’s fair to expect some small imperfections with glue, etc. This will not effect the performance of the liners. Each pair is unique and made with love.
Should I use footbeds in my ZipFits?

Yes, we highly recommend using a good over the counter orthotic or custom foot bed in your ZipFits. ZipFits are designed to keep your foot and leg in the proper position within a boot, having the correct footbed for you will help immensely.
Should I buy an OMFit kit with my ZipFits?

For most skiers, this is not necessary, which is why we don’t include the cork kit with purchase. Some skiers find they want to add cork to their liners during the initial fit, some want to add cork after two seasons, and some never add cork to their ZipFits.
